Overview

CoolLED’s pE-300 Series, pE-340fura and pE-4000 Fluorescence Illumination Systems can be operated using most popular imaging software packages.  Details for specific packages are provided below, with hardware communication details provided under the individual system information pages.

In addition, most CoolLED Fluorescence Microscope Illumination Systems can be operated remotely via a TTL signal for simple channel on/off control.

For the pE-800 Illumination System, software control is achieved via a graphical user interface (GUI), The LightBridge, which can be downloaded below. For TTL control, click here for further information on using our pE-6501-8 USB controlled TTL trigger box.
