About the Role
As a Production Engineer, you have the opportunity to be a key part of the CoolLED team supporting production and supporting processes as well as the introduction of exciting new products into our range.
Acting as Delegate for the Production Engineering Manager in their absence.
Ensuring the Production Team have everything they need to complete products and maintain the impressive OTD.
Ensuring that products also match our commitment to quality.

- Have a natural desire and drive to look for improvements in production processes
• Can manage multiple projects in parallel
• Have a disciplined approach to your work and a focus on completing tasks to a deadline
• Have an attention to detail and ability to self-check work
• Are a team player and willing to support other elements of the wider business
• A hands-on person who is prepared to get involved with tasks
• Willing to learn and develop yourself and to keep abreast of developments in production technologies and processes
• A confident communicator able to deliver information and reports at all levels from shop floor to Director
