In our new application note, Imala Alwis (Senior Research Fellow and Microscopy Manager, Thrombosis Research Group, Charles Perkins Centre, University of Sydney), shares his work on thrombosis – where blood clots block veins or arteries and cause complications such as a stroke or heart attack.
His work uses a bespoke epi-fluorescence setup and a microfluidic device, and when they needed a new light source, they chose the pE-300white due to the temporal resolution, software control, brightness and small footprint.
If you have an interesting application of a CoolLED Illumination System, find out how we can share your science too!
