10 Years Service for Rich and Maxine
At CoolLED, we’re proud to celebrate the outstanding dedication and commitment of two remarkable individuals who’ve just reached an incredible milestone.
Rich Coverdale and Maxine Guest, both fantastic members of our production department, have been instrumental in making sure that every Illumination System we produce meets the highest standards.
Their skill, dexterity, and attention to detail are unmatched and we’re pretty sure that if they had to, they could build these systems blindfolded.
Outside of work, Rich is a fan of motorbikes and motorsports, and when he’s not in the workshop, you’ll likely find him out on his bike or spending time with his family. His enthusiasm for both work and play has been a great addition to the team over the years.
Maxine, also celebrating 10 years with us, is just as dedicated to her work. When she’s not in production, you can find her indulging her love of gardening or tackling a DIY project. She’s also a proud cat owner, with a few furry companions who make sure she stays busy outside of work.
Both Rich and Maxine have played a vital role in our production team, and their 10 years with CoolLED is a testament to their hard work, reliability, and commitment. We’re proud to have them on the team and look forward to many more years together.
Here, our Operations Director Craig Evans, presents Rich and Maxine with their 10-year anniversary award. One of the few times the sun shines in England, so we thought we’d make the most of it and take the shot outside our headquarters in Andover.
