Lisa joined CoolLED in January 2016 as Quality & Compliance Manager, and has since joined the Senior Management Team, guided the organisation to ISO9001:2015 certification in 2017, and formed the Customer Service Department. Lisa has now further widened her responsibilities to lead the new Business Support Department which manages Quality, Customer Service, Administration, Project Coordination, Health & Safety, HR and IT.

Lisa has worked in Customer Service, Administration and Marketing, before moving into Quality Management in 2011. As a Chartered Quality Professional – Member of the Chartered Quality Institute, Lisa provides governance, assurance and leadership within CoolLED to maintain a Quality Management System based on the ISO9001:2015 framework. Lisa was also awarded a Master of Business Administration in 2021. Through the Quality Management System and a focus on Customer Experience, CoolLED will not only ensure that the product and service delivered is fit for purpose, consistent and meets requirements, but will also work hard to uphold and build on CoolLEDs reputation for great service.
