Our Business Support team encompasses a number of functions that work synergistically to ensure the smooth running of CoolLED operations:
Administrative support: From receipt of customer’s order to ensuring the safe delivery of product.
Project co-ordination: To achieve targeted deliverables regarding performance, cost and timescales for new product introductions.
Quality Management: Ensuring that the product and service CoolLED delivers is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements through our Quality Management System (QMS).
Customer service: Assisting our customers no matter if it is a product enquiry, price request or a need for support.
And of course, general support in the smooth running of CoolLED operations.
At CoolLED, we are committed to giving our customers outstanding service from the first contact and throughout the lifetime of the product. Customers are our focus and we pride ourselves in assisting them in an efficient and friendly manner.

Lisa Cairns – Business Support Manager
Lisa leads the business support team to carry out administration, technical support, quality and environmental management, premises maintenance, health & safety, HR and IT for CoolLED.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, baking, reading, and walking (to burn off all the calories from the cakes).
Chris Eggington – Technical Support Supervisor
Chris leads the Technical Support team, overseeing all customer and technical enquiries, assisting in both pre-sale and post sale support. He also organises repairs and maintenance issues.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching football.
Chelsie Holman – Administration Coordinator
In her role as Admin Coordinator, Chelsie works within the business support team; assisting with customer queries as well as our global exhibitions.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends, going on walks, and she’s also a big fan of Disney!
Jackie French – Premises Cleaner
Jackie has over 3 decades of cleaning experience, so it’s no wonder that CoolLED HQ always looks spotless!
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her extended family, and likes nothing more than settling down of an evening to catch up with her favourite soaps on TV.
Jasmine Randall – Quality and Environmental Manager
Jasmine works with every department in CoolLED, championing our management system and promoting continuous improvement throughout the business.
Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, or settling down with a good crime thriller!
Justyna Martenka – Technical Support Specialist
Within the technical support team, Justyna responds to technical queries, product questions or advice with issues, and provides internal sales support too.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.
Lisa Henley – Administration Coordinator
Lisa uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to support the smooth running of the business; liaising with customers, as well as supporting all staff internally.
In her spare time, she’s part of a rock and pop choir and loves performing at local events.
Olivia Foyle – Business Support Coordinator
Olivia supports the provision of operational services, including HR administration, Health & Safety, Premises Management, IT and Comms infrastructure, as well as internal event management.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and going on big, long walks in the countryside.
Scott Jenkins – Administration Supervisor
Scott oversees the Admin department, looking after order processing, shipping logistics, and purchasing. He also assists with exhibition organisation and all equipment transportation.
In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music, watching and playing football, and trying out new recipes to cook.
Steven Bravo – Technical Support Advisor
Steven is one of our expert Tech Support advisors, using his vast knowledge to help customers with queries or technical issues.
In his spare time, he enjoys fixing computers and cars, and watching football (though presumably not all at the same time).
