Our Business Support team encompasses a number of functions that work synergistically to ensure the smooth running of CoolLED operations:
Administrative support: From receipt of customer’s order to ensuring the safe delivery of product.
Project co-ordination: To achieve targeted deliverables regarding performance, cost and timescales for new product introductions.
Quality Management: Ensuring that the product and service CoolLED delivers is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements through our Quality Management System (QMS).
Customer service: Assisting our customers no matter if it is a product enquiry, price request or a need for support.
And of course, general support in the smooth running of CoolLED operations.
