CoolLED Swaps Blue and White for Red
At CoolLED, we were delighted to mark Red Nose Day with a day full of fun, fundraising, and plenty of red. From themed outfits and red food to friendly competitions and team spirit, it was a brilliant way to come together in support of an important cause.

To show our support, the team came dressed in red for the day, helping to turn the workplace into a much brighter and more colourful space than usual. Some people kept it simple, while others fully embraced the brief.
Either way, it was fantastic to see so many people getting involved and helping to create such a fun atmosphere from the start.
Big shout out to Lisa Cairns, our Business Support Manager, who took the prize for best costume because (and I quote) “going for a touch of flamboyance”…
Red food, good laughs, and great team spirit
No Red Nose Day celebration would be complete without some themed treats, and the CoolLED team did not disappoint. Red cakes, sweets, snacks and other colourful contributions kept everyone going throughout the day and gave us the perfect excuse to gather, chat, and enjoy a well-earned break together.
It was one of those lovely team days that brings people together naturally – relaxed, cheerful, and all for a good reason.
Why Red Nose Day matters
While the day itself was full of fun, the cause behind it is a serious and important one. Red Nose Day, organised by Comic Relief, helps fund vital support for people facing poverty, hardship and inequality, both in the UK and around the world.
That is what makes it such a meaningful event to support. It brings people together through humour, community and shared action — and turns that energy into real help for people who need it most.

We have had a fantastic day raising money and showing our support, but we haven’t t hit our fundraising target just yet….
