CoolLED builds all products at our Andover headquarters. The growing Manufacturing department ensures the highest possible quality is achieved; from the smallest of components to our flag-ship pE-800 fluorescence illumination system. Our efficient team work tirelessly to fulfil the needs of our customers.
Craig Evans – Operations Director
Craig oversees all operational elements of the business; from customer fulfilment, all stock and business systems to supply chains and our manufacturing production team.
In his spare time, he enjoys sea swimming, handboard and paddleboarding, going for long walks, and seeing live music.
Debbie Jenkins – Prototype Technician
As one of our most experienced team members, Debbie has expertise when it comes to our pE-400 and pE-800 Series. She also works closely with our OEM team to help create and test various prototypes.
Most of her free time is spent walking her 3 dogs and, during the summer months, going to watch the cricket at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton (if the British weather allows).
Anna Coward – LAM Technician
Anna is our LAM specialist, adding chips and thermistors to their substrates with pinpoint accuracy. Her work also includes wiring, bonding and testing.
Outside of work, she runs a small, home-based bakery business.
Gemma Scammell – Production Operative
Gemma brings her skills to our production team, predominantly working on our pE-4000’s and in our LAM room.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being a mum to her two little ones!
Matt Hawthorne – Production Operative
Matt is in charge of all shipping logistics here at CoolLED, ensuring every single product is packed precisely and perfectly so it arrives with our customers in pristine condition – which is no mean feat considering how many light sources leave our production area every day!
In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching football, and relaxing with video games.
Maxine Guest – Production Operative
Maxine is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production of our legendary pE-300 Series of LED Illumination Systems.
She’s also keen on her DIY, and loves spending time gardening or with her two cats.
Rich Coverdale – Production Operative
Rich is in charge of the production of our pE-4000 light sources, as well as building all of our pE-6501 TTL triggering kits too.
In his spare time, he enjoys motorbikes and motorsports, spending time with his family, or getting out and about on his bike whenever he can.
Rob Harris – Production Operative
Rob brings his skills and experience to building our pE-300 Series of LED Illumination Systems.
Outside of work, he enjoys archery, playing video games and board games and, whenever he can, sleeping!
Sandra Olufsen – Production Operative
As a highly experienced member of the production team, Sandra uses her skills to build our pE-300 Series of LED Illumination Systems.
In her spare time, she enjoys taking part in archery competitions, listening to music, playing video games, and taking part in epic Dungeons and Dragons campaigns.
Stephen Cooper – Production Operative
Stephen has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to production, and is in charge of building all of our pE-100 and pT-100 light sources.
Outside of work, he likes spending time with his family and working on his van.
Adrian Wallace – Production Operative
Adrian has a strong background in mechanical engineering thanks to his Masters degree, and now utilises those skills when building our pE-4000 Illumination Systems.
In his spare time, he’s a keen musician and avid rugby fan, supporting his beloved Bath. If time ever allows, he also loves travelling the world and seeing new sights.
Michael Riley – Production Operative
Michael lends his skills throughout our entire production area – helping to build our light sources, working in our dispatch area, or being on hand to assist whoever might need a bit of support.
He’s also a keen archer, loves building with lego, and enjoys burying his head in a really good book.
Monika Filova – Production Operative
Monika uses her great range of experience to help build our pE-300 Series of LED Illumination Systems.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling the world, spending time with her family, listening to music, or searching out the latest good read to get stuck into.
