They are responsible for the introduction of new products, ensuring manufacturing equipment and production processes run safely and cost effectively, reducing the energy consumption and pollution levels of manufacture, optimising efficiency and monitoring processes for improvements.”

Mike ensures that our production team has everything they need to build our award-winning LED Illumination Systems.
He is also a keen bee-keeper, and is a fully qualified microlight pilot. He also enjoys kayaking, and is part of his local role-playing club, where he takes part in epic games of Dungeons and Dragons.
Alex Lewis – Production Engineer
Alex works closely with the Production Engineering Manager, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers, sourcing the best deals, and ensuring all of our parts are of the highest possible quality.
Outside of work, he enjoys socialising with family and friends, swimming, hiking, running, bike riding, gaming (tabletop and computer), and watching a movie or two.
