Justyna Martenka graduated from Stanislaw Staszic University of Applied Sciences in Pila (Poland) with a BSc. After graduating in 2009, she decided to embark on a lifetime adventure and immigrated to the United Kingdom.
She started her career in Britain working for popular retail companies such as Marks & Spencer and Next. One day she heard about CoolLED, and applied for a Production Operative position and successfully passed the recruitment process. For 2.5 years Justyna has assembled pE-300 systems which soon became one of the best-selling CoolLED products. In 2015 she applied internally for a newly created position of Sales Support, turning her manufacturing experience into an invaluable asset in assisting the Sales Team and CoolLED customers. CoolLED has always recognised the importance of good customer support. As a result, the Customer Service Department was formed in 2017 and her Sales Support position has transformed into Customer Service Advisor.
