"The dipstick strips were imaged using a fluorescence microscope (Olympus BX51) with a 550 nm green LED excitation light source (CoolLED pE-4000) producing 60 mW at sample, a filter cube with an excitation filter (Semrock-500nm bandpass, 49 nm bandwidth), a dichroic mirror (Semrock-596nm edge), and 593 nm long-pass emission filter (Semrock).
Fluorescence microscope (Olympus BX51, CoolLED pE-4000) with Matlab 2019a and HCImageLive 4.4.1.0 were used to collect data for the microscope readout of this study."
