"Embryos were mounted in 1% low melting point agarose, overlaid with chorion, warmed to 28°C and brightfield images acquired every 10 min on an Eclipse Ti inverted microscope (Nikon) using 10× Plan Fluor objective, the Nikon filter set for GFP and a pE-300 LED (CoolLED) fluorescent light source.
