"Changes in Cal-520 fluorescence intensity were measured at 510 nm with excitation at 480 nm using a Nikon eclipse Ti2 inverted fluorescence microscope (Nikon) equipped with excitation filter FF01-378/474/554/635 and dichroic mirror FF01-432/515/595/730 and emission filter 515/30, all from Semrock.
