"Transfected HEK293 cells were seeded on glass coverslips the day before the experiments. After 24 h, coverslips were mounted in a perfusion chamber on an inverted microscope (Zeiss Axiovert 200 M, Germany) with 40×/0.75 objective. CoolLED Pw‐300Ultra was used as an excitation source."
