"Chips were positioned on the motorized stage of an inverted wide‐field fluorescence video‐microscope (Eclipse Ti2‐E, Nikon), enclosed in a Okolab incubation chamber to provide a humid atmosphere with 5% CO2 at 37 °C, equipped with a Photometrics Prime BSI Express high sensitivity sCMOS camera and CoolLED Pe4000 light source, and piloted by MetaMorph software. 10× and 20× objectives were used."
