Welcoming Pauline Rose to CoolLED
As demand for our LED Illumination Systems keeps on growing, we’re really pleased to welcome Pauline Rose to our production team.
Her experience, energy, and enthusiasm make her a great fit, and we’re really glad to have her on board!
Meet Pauline
Pauline brings an incredible four decades of production experience to CoolLED, having started her career learning how to solder. Over the years, she’s honed her craft in the demanding aerospace industry, mastering the art of sub-assembly production and electronics. Although she’s tried her hand at other roles, Pauline has always found herself returning to what she loves most – working in production.
Now, she’s diving into the world of CoolLED, getting to grips with the intricacies of our light sources and the complexities that go into making them industry leaders.
When she’s not busy on the production floor, Pauline loves to travel. Her recent trip to Boston, though colder than expected, was a real highlight. She’s already planning to go back, next time with the right wardrobe! She’s also an animal lover, and would love to own her own dog one day – although ‘life’ often has a habit of getting in the way of even the best laid plans.
In her downtime, Pauline enjoys watching TV and YouTube, particularly classic British comedies from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s. With favourites like Fawlty Towers, Some Mothers Do ‘Ave ‘Em, Dad’s Army, and Only Fools and Horses, it’s safe to say she’s got impeccable taste in humour. She also loves listening to music, an eclectic mix, from Glen Campbell to Motörhead!
We’re thrilled to have Pauline on board, and with her vast experience and passion for production, she’s set to play a key role in helping us meet our ever-growing customer demands.
