Operations Manager

Tracey joined CoolLED in 2013 as the Office Manager working as part of the Senior Management Team. As Tracey’s knowledge and experience have developed she has gained the skills to support a new role as Operations Manager, with increased responsibilities for leading the Administration and Production elements of the Operations department.

When leaving school Tracey joined the local council in an administration role whilst completing her Business Administration and Customer Service NVQ’s to achieve a Customer Service Modern Apprenticeship. More recently, during a period of significant process change and growth, Tracey has shared implementation responsibility for the CoolLED ERP system and she continues her personal development journey, through further learning and experience, to support the businesses future objectives.
