Chris graduated in 2010 with a degree in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Leicester.
Since then he has worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific with X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy and Electron Microscopy systems. Chris has spent his time there building relationships with customers, and training them how to get the best data from their systems. He has worked in cutting-edge research in a wide variety of areas, such as battery materials, bacterial samples and forensics.
Chris is keen to get the chance to work with users in the fluorescence microscopy field and use the knowledge from his materials science background to support CoolLED customers.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys road cycling (especially going up big hills) and travelling to new places
