Return & Refund Policy

Following is our process for refunds and returns. We refund all returns , subject to meeting below mentioned qualifications, on their arrival to our warehouse.

How to return an item

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please send an email to info@coolled.com or by clicking on "Contact Us" section of the CoolLED Ltd website, with your return request together with your invoice number, description of the item that you would like to return and the reason for return. We will then respond back to you with a RMA Number. However, the issue of an RMA Number by CoolLED Ltd shall not constitute an acceptance or acknowledgment of any right to return Products, except to the extent that these Terms or mandatory applicable laws confer such a right.


You then have 10 working days from the date you received our email with the return reference number to send your item back to us. If the return is received after this period, our Returns service may refuse your parcel and send it back to you.  The return reference number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the parcel in which the Products are returned to CoolLED Ltd. Your CoolLED Ltd invoice must be enclosed with the returned Products.


The items returned must be properly protected within its original perfect condition and packaging for the purposes of resale as it was delivered to the Member, unworn, unused, uninstalled with all the components, parts, accessories, instructions, documentations, warranty card/manuals, etc. CoolLED Ltd will not refund or exchange soiled, marked, un-packed or misused items.


Upon receival of the returned item, our Return team will evaluate, scan and validate the item.


Risks for returning an order are usually the member's responsibility.


If your return has been damaged or used, sent without a CoolLED Ltd return reference number, sent after the 10-working day return period, without proper or with missing packaging, parts of which, including components, included products, accessories, packaging, boxes, documents and/or other items are damaged or missing, CoolLED Ltd retains the right either to refuse to refund the item at purchase price, or to charge you repair, restocking or related fees and delivery charges. CoolLED Ltd may in that case deduct those fees and charges from any payments to be refunded to you.


On return of purchased item(s), CoolLED Ltd will, subject to the above qualifications, repay the Product purchase price amount paid to CoolLED Ltd, less any fees and charges due to CoolLED Ltd (as per the above). In the event that the return is due to an error by CoolLED Ltd then CoolLED Ltd will refund the total purchase price including postage paid to CoolLED Ltd by the member.
