pE-100 Light-guide

For applications where the pE-100 is not connected to either the epi-fluorescent (Reflected) or Transmitted ports of a microscope, the pE-100 can be supplied with a direct-coupled 3mm liquid light guide.   The pE-100 can be specified at any of CoolLED's range of twenty different LED wavelengths.  To see latest wavelength range, click here.

CoolLED's experience with cooled-array LEDs combined with light delivery methods means that the maximum possible number of generated photons enter the light-guide.

pE-100 connects via 15-pin "D"-type connector to the Control Pod.  The Control Pod can be operated manually for intensity and On/Off.  Alternatively, a TTL trigger can be used via BNC connection for On/Off control.
