Customer Satisfaction Policy

CoolLED believes that its LED excitation products for Life Sciences offer excellent performance.  The many benefits of LEDs, including the wide selection of LED wavelengths, can be enjoyed by almost all fluorescence microscopists.

As such, CoolLED is offering a Customer Satisfaction Policy whereby the microscopist can return a CoolLED product if it does not perform well enough for his/her application.  Subject to timely return of the unit in its original condition, CoolLED will refund the purchase price of the unit.

All that we ask is that you have reviewed the information on our website - particularly those pages relating to Intensity, the Suitability Guides for the chosen product, and Imaging Software information, before placing your order.  Remember: CoolLED staff are always available and willing to respond to specific questions and comment on likely suitability based on the information that you provide.  Contact us.
