LED Intensity Guidelines

CoolLED has recently added new information on its website to provide intensity values for each of its LED wavelengths.  The information is in two forms: (1) absolute values in mW/cm2 and (2) recommendations for particular fluorophores.

By adopting a clear and unambiguous measurement method, CoolLED is offering meaningful intensity information which can help the user to select an LED wavelength.

In conjunction with its Customer Satisfaction Policy, customers can now make a fully-informed choice and know that they can return the CoolLED product if it is not suitable for their application.
