Custom LED Arrays

CoolLED has broad experience in creating arrays of LEDs utilizing different manufacturing techniques.  For the highest intensity, LED arrays are assembled as bare semiconductor devices to achieve the greatest density of emissions. 

Sourcing LEDs as bare die also offers greater flexibility with wavelength selection and controlling performance characteristics.  Arrays can vary from a few to many hundreds of LED devices.  These are assembled in our clean rooms.

For lower intensity applications, standard packaged parts may be used where appropriate.
