Surface Mount Assembly
The manufacturing group provides a full range of Electronics Assembly. Our SMT assembly area offers a valuable combination of flexibility and technical capability.
Die Bonding
CoolLED can provide both conductive and non-conductive diebonding using epoxies and eutectic solders.
Wire Bonding
CoolLED provides both Aluminium and Gold wirebonding using both wedge bonding and ball bonding.
Conventional PCB Manufacture
Integral to the company's manufacturing capability is the conventional electronics assembly of product.
